John Kirkpatrick did an outstanding job of helping us find a home in San Francisco, and later selling the home we were vacating. He has a thorough knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods. He has lived in many of them. His knowledge of the market is deep, and helpful to buyers and sellers. His outstanding quality though may be his trait of listening to clients about what they are looking for in a home, neighborhood, and price range. If you are vague about what you want, he asks the right questions to get you thinking and deciding on issues of importance. He always knows that buying a house is a major decision for people. His negotiation skills are impressive. He tries to get a good and fair deal for all parties. I will, and have recommended John to people I’ve known who were looking for a real estate representative.
